CARROT HALWA


Ingredients:
Carrot scrapes:500 grams
Sugar:500 grams
Milk:1/2 litre
Ghee
Dry fruits

Method
Pour the milk to carrot scrapes and boil it,Don't add water.when the carrot is fully baked add sugar .keep on mixing this by adding little ghee.lastly for garnishing add dry fruits.
